How thick is my sign?
Your sign is made from robust 16 gauge power coated stainless steel. The gauge number correlates to the thickness of the material. The higher the number the thinner the steel so 16 gauge steel (1.588mm) is thicker than 18 gauge steel (1.27mm).
How does sizing work?
The size you choose stands for length of the longest side of the sign
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes we currently ship the EU, UK, USA and Australia.
How long are your production times?
Our turnaround time for producing metal signs is typically 3-5 days after approval of emailed proof. Once prepared, delivery takes an additional 3-4 days to arrive depending on your location.
How do I hang my sign?
Our Metal Signs do not come with hanging hardware. Our signs are designed with built-in mounting holes or hooks for easy hanging. You’ll just need a few screws, nails, or adhesive hooks to mount them on your wall. For outdoor signs, we recommend using more durable hardware suited to outdoor conditions.
What if my sign arrives damaged?
In the unlikely event that your sign arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We'll provide instructions for returns or exchanges, and we will make sure you are completely satisfied.
Are your signs weather proof?
Our signs are powder coated to withstand tough weather conditions. The steel construction and high-quality finish ensures they can endure outdoor elements without compromising their beauty or functionality.
